It was written by a neurological doctor who found out her son had autism when he was three. She re-studied nutritional medicine to cure him. Her book outlines how diet, health and food creates or exacerbates autism. I picked it up because it is also linked to OCD (my mother) and depression (me) Would be well worth a read.
