6 Things You Should Know About Glutathione

If you haven’t heard about glutathione yet, just wait.  In the coming months and years, you will be hearing a LOT about it.  Glutathione is the body’s first and strongest line of defense against disease and aging.  It is the most prevalent, natural and powerful antioxidant in the human body.

And yet, hardly anyone knows about it. 

You will find glutathione in every cell of the body, but as we age, we produce less and less of it.  And if you have stress in your life (and let’s face it – in this day and age, who doesn’t?), your levels of glutathione will be depleted that much faster.

If you’re still not sure how important glutathione is to your body and your very existence, consider the following six facts.  Increasing your levels of glutathione will 1) strengthen your immune system, 2) fight intracellular inflammation, 3) support increased exercise, 4) slow down the aging process, 5) help your body detoxify, and 6) protect cellular function.

Increasing your glutathione levels will naturally increase your energy, because your body will be working more efficiently at a cellular level.  I don’t know about you, but for me, it can’t get much better than that.
